Who doesn’t love exercise? I know it’s an occasional pain, but it’s so much fun feeling those endorphins pump me up after. There’s so many different types that we can choose from: (hot) yoga, Pilates, gym classes, running, etc. I was a fanatic on taking eclectic classes from the RSF while a student at UC Berkeley. Now that I’m going down the entrepreneurial path, it calls for saving money.
Many people who work out often worry about the price they need to pay in order to stay fit. However, I’m here to reassure you that there’s no need to spend hundreds of dollars per month to do it. These days, if you’re renting an apartment, many complexes have a built-in gym. It’s also great taking a walk or run around the neighborhood, or nearby parks. If you’re more into the indoors kind of exercise, I’m currently loving Refit Rev and Blogilates for my cardio and Pilates workouts.
